The committee and clubs of the TSDL would like to express their deepest sympathies to the family and friends, and all involved with Peake Villa FC, on the passing of Paul Twomey in the early hours of this morning.
Paul was a coach with the Peake Villa club, and was well known and universally liked by all those with whom he came in contact with both at underage and junior soccer levels in South Tipperary and beyond.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Paul’s wife Tina, and his children Kyle, Rebecca, Tristan and Nathan
As a mark of respect to the contribution that Paul has made to football in Tipperary, the TSDL has asked that all clubs please observe a minutes silence before kick off in all games in the TSDL this weekend
