St Michaels’ AFC winger has been nominated for this years FAI Junior International Player of the Year award. The classy winger is an ever present in the international set up and he has been central to the success of his club and country over the past couple of years. Carr is a player with the ability to give defenders nightmares and he was a big player in his side’s FAI Junior Cup success last May and in Ireland’s qualification for the UEFA Regions Cup finals.

Jimmy will be hoping to emulate last years winner and club mate and friend, Paul Breen in winning the award, and if he does, he will make it a third for his club following also in the steps of former winner James Walsh
